Scheduling a team photoshoot involves planning on your end, so you can count on us to communicate promptly and arrive on time on your photo day. In addition to logistical information, you will receive headshot tips and information to share with your team members well before photo day.
It is normal for people to feel nervous on photo day – they want a great headshot. We want to create a great headshot for everyone, too. Charlie’s down-to-earth personality, headshot expertise, and three decades of experience lay the groundwork. During each session, Charlie collaborates with your team members as he coaches them on facial expressions and poses, adjusts the lighting, and keeps the mood positive and encouraging as he shoots. He reviews the photos with each subject as they are created to ensure everything is just right. As soon as they are done, Charlie assists with their image selection. That way, you are not stuck with the chore of chasing down team members to gather all their selections for retouching.
You will receive all of your retouched and resized team headshots about a week after your team headshot day.

At your initial headshot event, we document all facets of your setup: lighting design, light levels, background color, etc. When you bring on a new team member, just contact us to schedule a time at our Seattle studio, and we will reserve a time for a discounted individual session.
