What to know about working with Seattle corporate headshot photographer Charles Cotugno Photography.
Q: Do you create our headshots in your studio or on location?
A: We can do either. However, keep in mind that creating the images at your site is generally the most effective use of your resources’ time, eliminating the need for travel and other stops along the way.
Q: How long is each subject’s session?
A: Generally, ten minutes per subject works well. It gives each subject a few minutes to get used to being in front of the camera and create a more natural image. We can accommodate longer or shorter session times if necessary.
Q: Is there a limit to how many images you create?
A: We will capture as many images as feasible in the session time allotted for each subject.
Q: How do we select our images?
A: We will guide each subject through the selection process immediately after their images are created.
Q: How long before we receive our retouched files?
A: Turnaround time is typically within five business days of your session. (Larger teams may take longer.) Rush service is available.
Q: Can we have the unretouched images?
A: For quality assurance, we do not release images that have not gone through the retouching process.
Q: What about new team members?
A: No problem at all. All the settings used during your initial team headshots session are documented. That way everything will be consistent across all current and future headshots.
Q: How much will this cost?
A: That lies in your hands! There are options for the types of lighting you select, level of retouching, an optional hair and makeup artist, social media files, the number of people to be photographed, etc. It’s best to contact me for more information and a custom estimate.
Q: Can you create group images while you’re here?
A: Yes. Many of my clients have me create group photos while everyone is together.
Q: How about creating images around our place of business to use on our website and in our marketing?
A: I can do that on the same day or, if more practical, we can schedule another day.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept wire transfers, Zelle, checks payable to Charles Cotugno Photography, and all major credit cards.
