Charlie brought his remote studio to their corporate office to create all the images and assisted each subject in the selection of their images. Their administrative staff was not burdened with distributing a gallery, getting each subject’s image selection, and forwarding that information to Charlie for retouching. It not only relieved their staff from extra work but also greatly accelerated the delivery of their final images.
Now, when Hudson Bay Insulation adds a new team member, they simply send them to Charles Cotugno Photography. Corporate headshots created in his studio match all the original images created in their offices.
I decided on Charlie to take our company’s professional photos for our new site launch, and I am so glad that we did! He was extremely flexible, understanding, patient, and personable. All of which were extremely important to me as the coordinator of these types of events that require multi-person scheduling to be considered. We requested for him to be onsite and he was punctual and very thorough with communicating his process and allowing our group to take as much or as little time as possible. Never made folks feel rushed or asking too much, and provided helpful suggestions to how to make them look their best in their photo. Considering having your photo taken is a vulnerable experience, Charlie aided everyone’s discomfort with his suggestions and guidance without being overbearing on the subject.
